Most recently served as Director of Implementation and Senior Advisor to Secretary Gina Raimondo at the U.S. Department of Commerce, managing deployment of $111 billion in-one time funding for Commerce under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS & Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act.
Previously led the supply chain portfolio in the Office of the Secretary, working with the White House, private sector, and allies to anticipate, prevent, and manage supply chain disruptions. Focus areas included legacy semiconductors and critical minerals and materials.
Solugen
Served as VP for Commercial Operations and Head of Government at Solugen, a post-Series D chemicals manufacturing start up manufacturing carbon-advantaged chemicals for hard-to-abate sectors like agriculture, concrete, energy, and industrial water treatment. Solugen recognized as #2 most innovative company globally by Fast Company in 2022.
Oversaw and managed all assets of federal, state, and local public policy, including working with bipartisan government partners on multiyear expansion initiative to build a second site for manufacturing operations.

U.S. Navy
Has served for nearly a decade in the U.S. Navy Reserves as an intelligence officer. Spent 2020-2021 deployed in support of Operation RESOLUTE SUPPORT, serving as Military Aide and Executive Officer to the Director of Intelligence for the U.S. and NATO mission in Kabul, Afghanistan during summer 2021.

Danny earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar, an MA in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a BA from the University of Virginia with High Distinction as a Jefferson Scholar.
