2022
Brydon Founded
We created Brydon to fulfill a simple but important belief: great businesses deserve dedicated partners. From day one, we set out to build lasting businesses, not just close deals, working alongside operators who share our values of service and integrity.
2023
Building the Foundation
We focused on earning trust through execution. Working closely with our earliest operators and platforms, we pressure-tested our beliefs in real situations, refining how we support leaders, steward transitions, and build lasting businesses.
2024
Creating Growth
Building on our early experience, we closed Fund II, welcomed our third cohort of CEOs-in-residence, and partnered with our twelfth business. We expanded Brydon while staying true to the values and operating principles that defined us from the start.

Perfecting the Model
We celebrated our first exit, closed Fund III, and launched our fourth cohort of CEOs-in-Residence, refining a repeatable model built on disciplined execution, aligned partnerships, and long-term thinking.
