Kyle Herman is a Vice President at The Brydon Group. Prior to joining Brydon, Kyle was a Senior Associate at NaviMed Capital, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in healthcare, pharma, and life science services. After starting his career as an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Securities, Kyle entered the healthcare space as an Associate with the Corporate Development team at The Advisory Board Company.

Kyle graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.Sc. in Commerce and received his MBA from The Wharton School, concentrating in Health Care Management.
