• Andres served industrial and high-tech clients over a 13-year career, led the Firm’s Portfolio Strategy service line in Strategy & Corporate Finance, and drove Digital business building efforts on the back of resource reallocation.
• Led an end-to-end portfolio transformation in Industrials through the spin-IPO of a BU, M&A scan, follow-on $10B merger, and lastly commercial integration.
• Led a multi-year commercial and operational transformation of an industrial equipment co. to capture $150M of capital adjusted EBIT on a $2B base.
• Led e-commerce transformation of a parts retailer under activist investor intervention, driving growth from $230M to $650M over a 2 year period.
