With nearly two decades in the industry, Kyle is a self-described ‘health insurance nerd.’ He was most recently SVP of Strategy at Take Command Health, an end-to-end software and services platform offering employers a defined contribution-style health insurance benefit. Kyle led strategy, policy and compliance functions after having built teams across business development, sales, and client success. In partnering with the Founder of Take Command from its early days, the company increased annual recurring revenue 15x, raised $40M+ in private funding and grew from 10 to 150+ employees during his tenure.

Prior to Take Command, Kyle led the launch and growth of Oscar Health in Texas. Kyle was eventually responsible for Individual, Small Group and Medicare Advantage products in 10 states. Kyle started his career with Deloitte Consulting, where he advised clients, primarily health plans & providers, on a range of strategy & operations initiatives.

Kyle has an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed health & life insurance agent.
