Prior to joining Brydon, Devin founded Clove Lakes Group (CLG), an independent consulting practice where he partnered with founders, investor groups, and corporate leaders on strategy and organizational transformation.

Before founding CLG, Devin spent 4 years as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), including a rotation in the firm’s Principal Investors & Private Equity group in New York. During his time at BCG, he supported go-to-market strategy, product expansion, procurement, and commercial due diligence efforts for Fortune 500 and PE-backed clients.

Devin received a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College. Outside of Brydon, he’s a DJ and music producer, an amateur chef, and enjoys lacrosse, basketball, snowboarding, traveling, and cheering on the New York Rangers and Knicks.
