Prior to joining Brydon, Ian was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff of AirTera, a portfolio company of The Brydon Group that operates in the aviation sector. Previously, Ian was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with aerospace and defense and private equity clients. He served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer before entering the private sector.

Ian received a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, where he played men’s varsity soccer for four years and was elected captain for his final two years. He also received an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
