Chief of Staff Program
Accelerate your development at the center of a growing, PE-backed business. Work alongside the CEO and Board to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Sharpen Your Skills
Own Outcomes
Lead critical initiatives from idea through implementation. You'll turn strategy into action, work across teams, and solve problems that shape company performance. You’ll see more cycles, move faster, and learn by doing with greater ownership over outcomes.

Extend Your Network
From day one, you'll join a high-caliber cohort, working with a built-in network of peers facing similar opportunities and challenges. Engage with experts, operators, vendors, advisors, and investors across Brydon's broader operating ecosystem to accelerate your development and impact.

Accelerate Your Growth
Whether you aspire to be a long-term operator, build skills in a particular function, or ultimately be a CEO yourself, our Chief of Staff program will set you on an accelerated path. You'll strengthen your leadership capabilities and develop a deep understanding of how companies create value through a combination of hands-on operating responsibility and executive exposure.
