Courtney Katz is a talent- and operations-focused professional supporting organizational growth through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. She brings experience across finance, talent development, and operational strategy, with an emphasis on building scalable and effective internal systems.
Before joining The Brydon Group, Courtney worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held roles across the Private Bank, Wealth Management, Impact Banking, and Business Banking as part of the firm’s leadership development program. Her work included executive reporting, talent and training initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and operational process design in partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, where she studied International Political Economy and Business, Operations & Information Management, and French.
